Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of valmontgadgets.com and our WhatsApp commerce channels. Using the site, listing a phone or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. We are a marketplace

Valmont Gadgets gives buyers and sellers a place to list and meet. For user-to-user swaps and sales we are not a party to the deal: check the phone (IMEI, condition, battery) before you pay, meet in public, and never send unsafe deposits. Dealer-stock items sold by Valmont itself are described as-is on the listing (used, fault-tagged or eSIM-locked labels are shown on the card and photo).

3. Eligibility & seller verification

• You must be 18 or older.
• Sellers must provide a working Ghana phone number, a valid Ghana Card and a live selfie at sign-up; the selfie is matched to the Card. Mismatched or fake verification means refusal or a permanent ban.
• One account per person; opening accounts to avoid a ban is prohibited.

4. Listings & orders

• Listings must describe the real item: no stolen phones (blocked IMEI), no counterfeit goods, no misleading condition claims.
• Prices are in Ghana Cedis. Stock and prices can change; an order is confirmed only when we or the seller confirm it.
• We may take down any listing, at any time, without notice.

5. Payments & delivery

Payment is by Mobile Money (MoMo), cash on delivery or as stated on the listing. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout for Greater Accra and other regions we serve. Fault-tagged ("sold as-is") and eSIM-locked units are priced and labelled accordingly — read the card before buying.

6. Promos & Daily Drop

One flip per person per day. Drop codes expire at midnight, cannot be combined with other offers, and apply to listed prices only. Free flip — no purchase or payment is required to play. Paid listing boosts are non-refundable once applied.

7. Copyright & intellectual property

All content on this site — the Valmont name and logo, product photography, condition stamps, page designs, text and code — is © 2026 Valmont Gadgets, all rights reserved, or used under licence (some catalogue imagery via Unsplash's licence). You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse our photos, logos or listings without written permission. Sellers keep ownership of their own photos but grant us a licence to display them on the marketplace while the listing is live.

8. Bans

Fake Ghana Card, fake selfies, stolen phones, scamming another user or illegal use lead to a permanent ban: account closed, phone and Card flagged, listings removed, paid promos non-refundable. Where fraud is confirmed we may share the offender's details with the affected user and with authorities.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana law, Valmont Gadgets is not liable for losses arising from user-to-user deals, meetings, payments between users, or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
